Due to the delicate, handcrafted, and often custom nature of our paintings, we have established a comprehensive yet fair return protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Return Eligibility &amp; Specific Conditions<\/strong><br>An artwork is eligible for return only if it meets&nbsp;<strong>ALL<\/strong>&nbsp;the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The painting must be in its original, pristine condition: unstretched canvases must be unrolled and unframed; stretched canvases must have no punctures, dents, or surface alterations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All original packaging materials\u2014protective foam corners, plastic wraps, rigid art boxes, and certificates of authenticity\u2014must be preserved and returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The return request must be formally initiated within\u00a0<strong>21 calendar days<\/strong>\u00a0of the confirmed delivery date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>Return Authorization Number (RAN)<\/strong>\u00a0must be issued by our customer service team. Returns shipped without an RAN will be refused at our receiving warehouse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The artwork must\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0be a commissioned piece, a custom size variation, or a work created from specific client-provided references.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Items categorically ineligible for return:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom, commissioned, or personalized paintings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Artworks that have been locally framed, varnished, or otherwise altered after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items clearly marked as\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Final Sale,&#8221; &#8220;Gallery Clearance,&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Artist Proof.&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paintings where the original, specialized packaging has been damaged or discarded, compromising safe return shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital art files or print-on-demand products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Final Sale &amp; Commissioned Works<\/strong><br>Items marked&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Final Sale&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;and all commissioned works are considered&nbsp;<strong>final purchases<\/strong>.
