Dealstation reserves the unilateral right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms. The most current version will be posted on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

4. Nature of Products: Handmade Art & Variations

  • Unique Artworks: Our paintings are handmade. Variations in color hue, brushstroke texture, and minor details from the website images are inherent characteristics, not defects. We provide high-quality images as a faithful guide, not a precise technical specification.
  • Dimensions & Framing: Listed dimensions are approximate. Hand-stretched canvases may vary by ±1.5cm. Hand-applied framing may have minor, acceptable imperfections in the woodwork or finish.
  • Availability & Errors: All works are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and to limit quantities.

5. Orders, Pricing, & Financial Terms

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
  • Prices are listed in the selected currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment in full is required before an order enters our production queue.
  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at the checkout interface.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Site content (images, text, logos, design, software) is the property of Dealstation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Purchasing a physical artwork grants you ownership of that physical object only. It does not transfer the copyright, reproduction rights, or digital rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the artwork for commercial purposes.
  • Unauthorized use of our images or content is strictly prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Engage in any unlawful activity or encourage others to do so.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of Dealstation or third parties.
  • Transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dealstation, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dealstation from any claim, demand, damage, or loss (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be settled through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nanyang City, Henan Province, China.

11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
